The 2026 National Convention will be held in Louisville, KY from August 28- September 3; the actual business session of the convention for all non-committee members starts September 1. The convention hotel for Montana is the Fairfield Inn, located at 100 East Jefferson St, which two and a half blocks from the Convention Center. All delegates must stay at the convention hotel. The room rates start at $133.00 a night for doubles (2 beds), King (1 bed), this does not include taxes. Parking is $19.00/ day for self-parking. Convention registration for our Department will be on Thursday evening and Friday morning.

The National Commanders Banquet will be announced later and is nonrefundable, you can get your name down early if you are interested in attending. The entertainment is still being decided. National Commander Banquet tickets should be reserved and paid for no later than 1 February and are only refundable if I can sell them to someone else. Please do not wait.
