New VA Clinic to open in Billings on Sept. 29
Septembwer 23, 2009 – The new Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Billings Montana will be open for business on Tuesday, September 29, 2009. This is less than one year after the ground breaking.
The new clinic is located at 1775 Spring Creek Lane, Billings Montana 59102. They can be reached by calling 1-877-468-8387 and/or after September 28, 2009, 406-373-3500.
This spacious new clinic will house Primary Care, Radiology, Endoscopy, Medical Specialists, Surgical Specialists and a Mental Health provider. Veterans will be able to have their blood drawn for lab work at this location as well as have access to a pharmacist for the anticoagulation clinic and new medication counseling.
Some services will remain at old Billings clinic site at 2345 King Avenue. These services include the Pharmacy, Laboratory, Mental Health, Veterans' Services for Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation IraqiFreedom Veterans, Disabled American Veteran (DAV) Transportation Network, Compensation and Pension Examination Staff.
Veterans residing in the Billings CBOC catchment area will receive a post card announcing the opening of the new clinic. If veterans have appointments and would like to assure they arrive at the correct care location, please call 1-877-468-8387 and ask for Scheduling.
