NOTICE - ALL DEPARTMENT OFFICERS AND CHAIRMAN ARE REQUIRED TO GIVE AN ORAL REPORT, AS WELL AS A WRITTEN REPORT FOR THE CONFERENCE RECORDER.
A block of rooms has been set aside at Jorgenson's and will be held until October 22nd. You should make your own reservations. The toll free number for Jorgenson's is 1-800-272-1770
The Executive Committee meetings and all training / briefings will be held at the Armed Forces Reserve Center Auditorium, which is at the south end of the building where Department Headquarters is located.
To reach the building, enter through the main gate of Fort William Henry Harrison take the first left on Mt Majo St. park in the south parking lot and enter through the south or center doors. Make sure you have a picture ID.
